We'll build the apartment …

…but you’ll make it a home.

We have designed more than 40 different floor plans in total to offer you the greatest possible freedom of design. Well thought-out room layouts, 2.80-metre high ceilings, generous window areas, underfloor heating and at least one possibility of living “outside” in each apartment – we build all this as a basis for you to fulfil your own personal living requirements.

And while the interior work gradually begins on the construction site, you can already start designing your home in our workshop at stilwerk Berlin. Because we don’t know whether you love open kitchens, for example, or whether you prefer to close the door behind you when cooking. You can develop and plan such details there together with our architects and consultants.
