Charlottenbogen

You move in to stay.

Along the banks of the Spree, you can really experience the capital like no other place. Far away from the city chaos, free and surrounded by nature. Centrally developed, planned with foresight and designed for a wide variety of life plans: The exclusive condominiums at Charlottenbogen are much more than just your own four walls. Flooded with light, spacious and individually designed, they are your new living space where everything revolves around you. While your gaze is still roaming over the Spree and the roofs of Berlin, your heart already knows: You’re not just moving in here. This is where you arrive.

Your new residence

When dreams become rooms.

… Sunbeams fall through the large windows and warm your face. Further down on the Spree, a few swans bob through the glittering water, from somewhere you hear a blackbird singing serenely, nothing else … . It is so quiet and peaceful here – in the middle of Berlin …

What sounds like a dream will soon no longer be one. Because from the end of 2021, the individual condominiums in the Charlottenbogen will be ready for occupancy.

Directly on the banks of the Spree in Charlottenburg in the heart of Berlin, the location is unique. Close to the city center and yet in a green setting, the exclusive houses blend harmoniously into the landscape. Architecture at the highest level, which has been thought out down to the smallest detail. Everything to make life more beautiful and easier.

The spacious inner courtyard is richly landscaped and, of course, car-free: There are parking racks for bicycles and otherwise a pleasant amount of space between the individual buildings.

You can park your car safely in the underground garage – and there is also an electric charging station. A bright and tastefully – depending on the architecture modern or charming – designed foyer offers you, your loved ones and all those you invite there, a fitting reception. The elevator will then take you comfortably directly to the front of the apartment …

You will find your apartment for life in the Charlottenbogen.

We are Team Charlottenbogen

Because you are the architect of your life, we have planned Charlottenbogen with partners who aimed to give you more than just your own four walls. A home that follows your personal life plan, meets the demands of today and anticipates the future.

The residential quarter Charlottenbogen was designed by two architectural firms that are united by the highest demand for quality but differ in design and ideology:

The residential area Schlesingerstraße was designed by Höhne Architekten. The complex captivates with its classic Berlin housing construction, which incorporates quotes from the 1920s and Art Deco.

The complex in Heisenbergstraße was designed by Axthelm Rolvien. Light-flooded and with lots of glass, the buildings follow a very modern design language. Here you can read what the architect Annette Axthelm says about the Charlottenbogen.

Together the buildings create an exciting harmony. Individual and special with room to breathe and unfold.

Tell us what you want.

For those who already want to have one foot in the door - this way.

The apartments at Charlottenbogen are as individual as you are. Tell us what is important to you and we will show you what we have for you.
