In all apartments, we have chosen the most modern equipment and innovative technology and use only materials of the highest quality \u2013 not as extras, but as a matter of course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Charlottenbogen, you can also meet your individual needs for privacy or neighborliness: In houses A to H, only two or three apartments share a common hallway. So you are completely free to decide whether you want to make contact with the people around you or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spacious, versatile and yet so grounded, in the truest sense of the word: This first floor apartment offers all the advantages you’ll want if you like having life in the joint – be it your own family or regular overnight visitors. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms (shower and bathtub), there’s room for everyone. Of course, you can also simply set up a home office with two seperate offices. Or a music room or a small library \u2026 it’s entirely up to you. In any case, here you have many retreats and plenty of space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A spacious living and dining area offers plenty of room for socializing, which can also be wonderfully extended outside thanks to direct access to your own garden. If you don’t want to socialize at a particular moment, you can also retreat to your south-facing balcony with a view of the green courtyard.<\/p>\n<\/div>
